About Me

My name is Kelsey Vogt. I help women understand how food actually affects their body and how to eat in a way that is sustainable. My work is practical, evidence-informed, and designed to fit into real life, not built around rules, trends, or extremes.
I focus on gut health, body composition, and nutrition support through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. That might look like improving digestion and energy, stabilizing blood sugar, supporting body composition in a realistic way, or helping women navigate the physical and metabolic shifts that come with motherhood.
I take a root-cause approach and prioritize habits that are simple, repeatable, and effective. I am not interested in quick fixes or overly rigid protocols. The goal is clarity, consistency, and progress that holds up over time.
Nutrition should feel supportive and straightforward. My role is to make it clear, doable, and grounded in how people actually live.
