I'm Kelsey Vogt, a Functional Nutrition Counselor and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.  I’ve been interested in food and nutrition for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent hours in the kitchen experimenting — reworking recipes to make them healthier without losing the flavor. That curiosity became the foundation of how I approach food today: practical, enjoyable, and grounded in real life.

My philosophy is simple: health isn’t about hacks or restriction — it’s about understanding your body and creating habits that fit your life. I believe real change comes from adding in nourishing foods and practices rather than obsessing over what to cut out. Balance, not extremes, is what makes health sustainable.

I focus on gut health, body composition, and nutrition support through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. That can mean improving digestion and energy, making body composition goals sustainable, or guiding women through the unique shifts of motherhood. Whatever the focus, my approach always looks for root causes instead of quick fixes.
